Quinn Palomino is the Founder and Principal of Clear Vista Management, which provides specialized services to Tenant in Common investors, including asset management and Section 721 rollup consulting.  Quinn understands the complex nature of TIC investments, and offers TIC clients individual, personalized service, with an emphasis on communication and transparency. Prior to launching Clear Vista Management, Quinn was the Director of Business Development for a Commercial Real Estate Workout Firm  in San Diego, where she worked on more than $2B of TIC investments. Quinn previously was a partner at a San Diego based construction and development company, where she worked on development projects with government agencies, including the California Department of Parks and Recreation and the City of Pittsburgh, California Redevelopment Agency.

Wade Mains is the Chief Operating Officer of Clear Vista Management, and provides internal leadership and oversees day to day operations of the company. Wade has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, and asset manages the company’s national portfolio of commercial real estate. Wade has previously served in executive roles in asset management, investment, and development, and brings institutional-quality skills and understanding of asset value maximization to the team. Wade’s prior experience includes acquisitions and due diligence, financial analysis, project management, equity and debt partner relationship-building, hard and soft-cost budgeting, dispositions, and oversight of interior and exterior renovation programs to add value and reposition assets. Wade graduated with a BA in Economics from UCSD, and a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from SDSU, and he holds a current California Real Estate Broker’s License.

Andrea Sabino manages Investor Relations at Clear Vista Management, and oversees and coordinates all TIC owner communication and interaction. Andrea’s expertise in building and maintaining client relationships comes from her over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Andrea continuously meets the demands of Clear Vista Management’s TIC clients in an efficient, clear, and hospitable manner and sustains the company’s transparent operating philosophy.  Her hospitality experience has also consist of management and administration duties. Andrea graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University in Newark with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in History.

Kathy Robinson is the Founder and Principal of Vantage Point Consulting.  Kathy has assisted 16 different tenant-common groups with asset management, Section 721 roll up consulting, or TIC bankruptcy asset management.  Prior to forming Vantage Point Consulting Kathy managed property operations for over 14 years for The Greenfield Group which provides property management, brokerage and leasing services and development solutions for over 2 million square feet of medical space. Kathy has an extensive background in budget and business plan preparation and she is deeply familiar with the daily operational oversight responsibilities of a property.  



Ed Reichenberg has more than 40 years of experience in real estate development and acquisitions, working on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and civic real estate.  Ed has conducted research and managed conceptual designs, preliminary plans, and entitlements.  He has performed primary due diligence on over 100 projects in the last four years alone, on retail, office, and industrial projects across the country.  Ed has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Arizona State University, and has received several awards for creative planning.

Cheramie Raffield serves as Clear Vista’s Accounting Director, and has over 15 years of accounting experience in the financial services, real estate, and retail industries. She has an extensive background with accounting management, handling over 40 different operating entities at any given time. Cheramie has helped clients in compliance with California state tax and federal tax regulations. She also has comprehensive knowledge of back-office operation to complement her accountancy knowledge, including payroll, tax preparation, and office management. Cheramie earned her Degree in Accountancy with Honors from Mesa College. She is also an IRS certified advanced tax preparer and a certified QuickBooks pro advisor.

Bill Littlefield has over 25 years of diverse leadership experience in the real estate, legal and hospitality industries. Bill has worked extensively in the hospitality industry, having served in an executive role with American Property Management Corporation (a nationally ranked independent hotel management company) for over 10 years, and has assisted other hotel management companies in an advisory role. Bill’s hospitality experience entails many facets of hotel management, including legal, finance, labor relations, employment and human resource issues, risk management, service contract negotiation and administration. Bill graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BS in Economics. Bill also holds a JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law and an MBA from the Robert O. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of New Mexico.
